Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery for unopened, unused, undamaged boxes in original packaging.
Cut, special-order, or custom-size marble and tiles cannot be returned.
Opened boxes and installed tiles are not eligible for return.
Damaged or wrong items must be reported within [48 hours] of delivery with clear photos. We will replace or refund after verification.
Refunds are processed within [7 to 10] business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
A restocking fee of [10–20]% may apply on approved returns.
